If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of the date when the order is received.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to make a return, please follow these easy steps:

1. After 24 hours of receiving your order download and fill this form with the requested data and send it by e-mail to customerservice2@artemide.com.
N.B Please remember that you can only replace products that you receive damaged, defective or incorrect.

  1. Check your inbox; you will receive a confirmation email with your return form and Return Authorization Number information about the carrier that will return your package at our expense and the address of our warehouse that you need to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you are returning.
  2. Put the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, which means in perfect shape, complete with all their unused components, with all original packaging and any provided instructions, with labels and tags still attached to the products. The items will be looked over and checked to see that everything has been returned intact.
  3. Print the return form and put it inside the box containing the products you want to return. Apply the address of our warehouse outside the box.
  4. We will take care of informing you about when the carrier will come to bring your return.

 

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect product, you may request a refund for the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, follow the instructions in the previous paragraph - "Return Requests" filling this form and enclosing one or more images of the article in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Please send the filled form and the relevant attachments to customerservice2@artemide.com and you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the return. We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after necessary quality checks and a verification of flaws in the returned product.
In the event that the failure of the product is established, will carry out the refund. The reimbursed amount will include both the purchase price of the defective item as well as the shipping that you initially paid at the time of purchase.
Once the precise amount is calculated, the refund will be made using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) or by wire transfer.
